AI-generated · Jan 31, 2026

Perforated window wraps for glass storefronts at about 1,200 recruiting offices nationwide/territories, with each facility averaging roughly 240 square feet. The work includes a site survey to gather data and measurements, printing the provided graphic, removing existing graphics, cleaning glass surfaces (including doors), and installing the perforated wrap on all glass surfaces. The arrangement is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price single-award IDIQ with estimated quantities, and actual requirements will be issued via task orders.

Responses must be a capabilities statement (up to 15 pages) demonstrating the ability to perform, including company information, SAM registration status, past performance in the last three years with references and photos, a description of capability to meet the SOW, and a Rough Order of Magnitude. Address questions on project timelines (can you complete within one year?), available perforated wrap densities and brands, total and itemized cost estimates (price per sq ft, installation, travel, etc.), lamination recommendations, certifications, expected product life, warranty, and any other relevant notes. Participation is voluntary; this is market research for a potential contract, not a bid or proposal, and responses must be submitted by the stated deadline along with the attached materials (SOW, locations, portfolio, ROM).
