This Presolicitation pertains to the McNary Lock and Dam Elevator Maintenance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. This will be a hybrid service contract Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M). Period of Performance: Base year: 1 February 2026 31 January 2027 Option Year One: 1 February 2027 31 January 2028 Option Year Two: 1 February 2028 31 January 2029 Basis for Award: The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsive and responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solicitation.
