Sources Sought Objective Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing the lease, delivery, and routine maintenance of Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs). 2. Background Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB) requires UTVs to support daily operations for personnel transport, equipment movement, and off-road logistical support in various terrain and weather conditions. 3.
