Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina has a requirement for non-personal support services contract to provide Roman Catholic (RC) religious ministries for members of the military, their dependents, and other authorized persons. The applicable NAICS code is 813110, Ministries, Religious. The Small Business Size Standard is $13 million. This is not a Request for Quote or Proposal. This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE This notice is not a request for quotes. The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST)/Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide Roman Catholic (RC) religious ministries for members of the military, their dependents, and other authorized persons. The requirement is for a base period of twelve (12) months and two (2) twelve-month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is the Government s intention to issue a single firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110. The NAICS Industry Description is Religious Organizations. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Solicitation will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/ .
