NASA/ Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) has a requirement for The MathWorks, Inc. (MathWorks) software products and services including MATLAB, Simulink, and Polyspace Product Families and MATLAB Distributed, Computing Server and MATLAB Production Server associated support for license usage. NASA/ ITPO intends to issue a sole-source Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year ordering period to acquire the software and services from MathWorks under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to lance.s.neumaster@nasa.gov and valerie.ballard@nasa.gov not later than 8:00 AM CT on March 12, 2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
