Introduction The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District, is conducting market research to identify parties capable of providing a new field crane for our Mat Loading Unit (MLU). The information from this Sources Sought will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential competitive procurement. Based on the responses, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business categories will be considered. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333120 with a Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is 3815. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. 2. Requirement Overview The contractor shall provide one (1) continuous duty cycle crane to replace the existing field crane used to load articulated concrete mat (ACM).
