The contractor shall provide all necessary plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform and complete the work in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The location of performance is Devens RFTA, MA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6.
