The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Environmentally Integrated Dairy Management Research Unit (EIDMRU) requires Replacement of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Control System Building Management System (BMS) with a period of performance of 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted.
