Market Survey for the procurement of NSN 7021-01-675-4790 (COMPUTER,DIGITAL) on the AN/MSQ-135 Mobile Tower System (MOTS) system. DLA-Aberdeen-26-033

The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD) Strategic Sourcing Directorate (SSD), intends to acquire Parts to support the AN/MSQ-135 Mobile Tower System (MOTS). Requirements Description: The items to be procured are for the AN/MSQ-135 Mobile Tower System (MOTS). The MOTS is a rapidly deployable, air traffic control (ATC) tower and Airfield Lighting System (ALS) that quickly establishes Air Traffic Services (ATS). The system provides digital air/ground communication and digital linkage into the Army Airspace Command and Control (A2C2) and Air Traffic Services (ATS) networks. The Government does not possess specifications or detailed drawings for the referenced system. Please note that this is not a Request for Proposal. This notice is provided for planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. The following are the Army s estimated forecasts* for initial production: NIIN: 01-675-4790 Nomenclature: COMPUTER, DIGITAL QTY: 14 *Quantities listed are estimations and not a guarantee. Final quantities will be determined at time of solicitation. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TDP is not available for release. The circuit card assembly was last purchased on 07/05/2024 through delivery order SPRBL124F0119 for a quantity of 14ea. However, it was determined that we will need to work with another vendor to identify a legitimate replacement. The previous part number purchased had multiple issues when trying to load the laptops into the MOTS. No replacement or feasibility study was done to identify a new item for form, fit, and function replacement. At a minimum the support information you submit should include, but is not limited to, the following types of documentation: Questionnaire, drawings, test results, information on previous Government and commercial contracts, data rights, etc. In your response, please include your company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contract with email address and telephone number.
