MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. This is a non-personal service contract as defined in FAR 37.101.The Contractor shall provide the facility, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, vehicles for laundry and dry cleaning services to include pickup and delivery from Contractor?s Facility to locations at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland-Randolph, Chapman Annex, and Camp Bullis as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). In addition, the Contractor shall provide Laundry Counter Attendance services and transportation for Linen Exchanges at 2 (two) JBSA Lackland locations and 1 (one) facility at Chapman Annex, Requiring 6,552 Man-hours, annually. The Contractor shall provide contract personnel at each Linen Exchange point that will be required to count and validate the quantities of all soiled linen that is received from technical training schools and base/operational support mission partners, and all soiled and cleaned linen items that are exchanged between the government and the contractor.
