This amendment replaces Attachment 2, Instructions, in its entirety and extends the quotation due date to 21 August 2025, 4:00 PM Local Time. 20 August 2025 - this amendment specifies that quoted signs must be controllable via cellular connection. In addition, multiple quotations may be submitted with alternative sign solutions that will be considered by the Government.
