Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified, experienced, and interested businesses (small or large) capable of providing bi-monthly Preventive Maintenance on two Hydro Engineering Wash Rack systems located at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow, California. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set-aside decisions. See attachments for details.

This announcement and attached Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 20250117. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small size standard of $12,500,000. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside, and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Type Contract for Services - Hydro sites Preventative Maintenance in support Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, CA.
