The ecosystem is part of the TECOM Total Learning Architecture, configured and managed through the Manpower IT Systems Modernization Office (MITSM) with the Naval Information Warfare Center at Webster Field, MD, and hosted on Amazon Gov Cloud and other services.

Industry input is being solicited to assess capability, interest, and approach to supporting MCeLE, including coordination with MITSM and NIWC Webster Field and sustaining the e-Learning environment hosted in government cloud infrastructure. Responses should reflect the ability to contribute to maintenance, operations, and integration within the MCeLE framework.

CDET is assisted by their Systems Command (SYSCOM) acquisition partners under the Manpower IT Systems Modernization Office (MITSM), Program Executive Office Manpower, Logistics and Business Systems (PEO MLB). The e-Learning Ecosystem (eLE) is part of Training and Education Command s (TECOM) Total Learning Architecture (TLA) along with the Marine Corps Training and Information Management System (MCTIMS) and M-Sharp.
