The Government will make the final determination for this acquisition based on the results this market research and the information available to the Government from other sources. AOCACB26R0052, Management Capacity Study; Architect of the Capitol; Washington, DC. The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to evaluate the Agency s current management capacity and governance structure to support a long-term, multi-billion-dollar Capital Construction Program. This announcement is to determine the interest, availability, and capability of firms to perform the work described below. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about August/September 2026.
