The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Managed Healthcare Services for the Federal Correctional Complex located in Beaumont, Texas (FCC Beaumont). Services to be provided will encompass all levels of medical care to the Federal prisoners, including the on-site operation of medical facilities at FCC Beaumont and inpatient/outpatient facility and physician services. Community-based facilities and providers must be within 100 driving miles of FCC Beaumont. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/ requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12-month options with an additional 6 month in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 for renewal.
