The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit at 8 Leedon Park, Singapore 267885 @ 11:15am (local Singapore time). Prospective offerors/quoters should contact the Contracting Officer at SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov by June 3, 2025 @ 12:00 noon (Singapore Time) for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Prospective offerors/quoters must submit the name of company, name of attendees, NRIC or passport numbers accordingly for security clearance. Attendance is limited to one (1) person per company. Quotations are due by June 20, 2025 @ 16:30 hours (Singapore Times). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. In order to submit a proposal, the offerors/quoters must attend the site visit. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
