The Government intends to use this information to determine the feasibility of an 8(a) sole source acquisition. Requirement: The work includes performing all professional architectural and engineering services and all construction labor, tools, equipment, and materials for the Design-Build Major Maintenance & Repair (M&R) at USCG AIRTSA Miami, Florida. The scope of work includes several key urepairs across multiple facilities. In the TACLET Building, the project will involve replacing the existing carpet flooring with floor tiling, repairing all damaged HVAC ducting and piping insulation, replacing all fan coil units (FCUs), and both air handling units (AHUs). Additionally, all windows and exterior doors will be replaced with hurricane-rated versions to enhance building resilience, all damaged ceiling tiles will be replaced, and comprehensive mold abatement will be conducted throughout the entire building. In the Galley Building and Building 112, the HVAC controls will be replaced to improve operational efficiency.
