This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV25R0038 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and includes brand name items as indicated in the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status. Refer to the attached solicitation documents for a full list of items required.
