This acquisition includes but is not limited to these principal features: DFAS Pavement Repairs DFAS Pavement Striping AFRL New Pavement AFRL Pavement Repairs AFRL Pavement Maintenance (Striping) Work will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 16 June 2025, Specifications dated 9 June 2025, Drawings dated 5 June 2025, and Asphalt Patch Repair Sizes (Attachment 1, Attachment 2, Attachment 3 and Attachment 4, respectively). This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.5. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with an associated small business size standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenue. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bidders must provide payment and performance bonding in the amount of their bid. A Bid guarantee in the amount of 20% of the bid amount will be required to accompany all bids. Questions and comments are welcome and must be sent to the Contract Specialist, Leena Budhu at leenawattie.budhu.1@us.af.mil. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be posted online at SAM.gov under the reference number FA875125B0003 on or about 11 August 2025. Bids will be due approximately 30 days later.
