The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Training and Education Command (TECOM) Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP)/MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT). The procurement of services in support of MAGTF/MOCTT shall be solicited as a competitive set-aside to Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The contemplated contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Priced contract with Cost Reimbursement Travel CLINs. The resultant contract will have a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 611519 “Other Technical and Trade Schools” with a corresponding size standard of $21M. This action will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12 in conjunction with Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures. All terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors will be specified in an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be posted on this website (SAM.gov) on or after 18 June 2025.
