MAGTF/MOCTT Operational Support Services (MOSS)
Description
Provide Command and Control (C2) training services for the MAGTF/MOCTT Operational Support Services under the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Staff Training Program (MSTP) at Quantico, VA. Deliver Marine Corps Program of Record C2 systems and Combat Operations Center (COC) instruction and curriculum, plan and execute collective battle staff training events in a COC environment for Fleet Marine forces and reserve components, and provide classroom computer network and audio-visual operations and integration support. Training and curriculum are based on established Marine Corps C2 Training and Readiness standards for individual C2 system operators, information management processes, and the full range of collective staff functions performed in a COC by Marine Corps personnel, using fielded C2 systems and applications typical of Battalion through MEF-sized units.
Between notices, the scope has been clarified from a general presolicitation to a formal solicitation with explicit requirements: six training centers located across major Marine Corps bases and installations, with deliverables including POR C2 systems instruction, COC curriculum, planning and execution of collective training events, and IT/AV classroom support, all aligned to Marine Corps C2 standards and focused on support for Fleet Marine forces and reserve components.
