The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) requests proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract for computing and data analysis services using the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) and other data. MACPAC will select a contractor capable of securing, cleaning, maintaining, and analyzing a broad array of administrative data as needed to conduct the activities and analyses needed to meet MACPAC s statutory obligations. MACPAC will select a contractor that documents, among other requirements: procedures designed to conduct the transfer, storage, and maintenance of administrative data compliant with federal security standards and practices; a sufficient pool and mix of statistical programmers available on an as-needed basis to perform the necessary work, including surge capacity during peak periods; extensive staff knowledge and use of administrative data that could be useful in MACPAC analyses; and staff knowledge and expertise in multiple programming languages, including, but not limited to, SQL, SAS, STATA, Python and/or other programming languages, including expertise manipulating and merging large, complex datasets.
