MA IDIQs for Leasing Multifunctional Devices OCONUS - Europe and Middle East SP700025RFI1045

RFI/Sources Sought. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office (DCSO) ? P New Cumberland seeks to identify qualified sources from industry interested in entering into Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contracts and obtain Industry feedback relating to the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Prospective CLIN structure. The anticipated MA IDIQ contracts will be utilized by DCSO-P New Cumberland to establish task orders for leasing A3 Multifunctional Devices that meet the specifications and requirements identified in the PWS. These MFDs would be offered at a flat firm fixed price rate for up to 60-month leases and would be established for services and equipment associated with leasing Multi-functional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices. The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery, end-user training, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security. This is a follow-on acquisition. The geographic scope includes five regions in Europe and the Middle East as defined in the PWS. Please see attachments
