Firms who respond are requested to submit the following information, which will be used in determining whether to set aside this requirement. Eligibility Contractors must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 562111 Solid Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of $47M. At this time, the Government has not determined whether a full and open competition will occur.
