The contract(s) will be for a period of five years. DLA Weapons Support intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, long-term contract(s) (LTC) with a maximum contract period of five years, consisting of one five-year base period and no option periods. An escalation percentage will be used to adjust the pricing for years two through five. The estimated annual demand value is $386,200.81, the estimated five-year value is $1,931,004.05 and the contract maximum is $3,862,008.10. This acquisition will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15 Contracting by Negotiation to acquire the noncommercial NSNs. These items will be procured on an all or none basis per CLIN/NSN and evaluated using best value tradeoff procedures. Five of these items require a contractor First Article Test.
