Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) AGM-158C-3 Phase 3 Development and Integration N00019-22-RFPREQ-WPM201-0312

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, issued a sole source modification, P00028, to delivery order N00019-22-F-0010 under basic ordering agreement N00019-19-G-0011 to Lockheed Martin Corporation - Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL, in support of the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) AGM-158C-3 development and integration. The delivery order and subsequent modification was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority at 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. LMMFC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the LRASM, and is the only contractor with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data that can meet the Government's requirements on a timely basis and in a cost effective manner.
