USDA Rural Development intends to solicit for loan servicing, payment posting, escrow processing, loss mitigation processing, real estate-owned property disposition, bankruptcy processing, loss claim processing, mail processing, administrative and support functions, data entry, and customer service phone support to augment loan servicing activities.

The USDA Rural Development (RD) intends on awarding a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order against the multiple award Organizational Analysis and Program Management (OAPM) BPA. Requirements include loan servicing, payment posting, escrow processing, loss mitigation processing, real estate-owned property disposition, bankruptcy processing, loss claim processing, mail processing, administrative and support functions, data entry, and customer service phone support to augment loan servicing activities. NAICS code and/or Product Service Code: 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting) Place of performance: St. Louis, MO Anticipated Period of Performance: Base Period 03/26/2026 to 03/25/2027 Option Period 1 03/26/2027 to 03/25/2028 Option Period 2 03/26/2028 to 03/25/2029 Option Period 3 03/26/2029 to 03/25/2030 Option Period 4 03/26/2030 to 03/25/2031 This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the OAPM BPA. There are currently 3 companies that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ will also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned multiple award schedule BPA previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE, sam.gov). The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
