Post Amendment 0003 - Attach "Loading Dock Site Visit Questions and Answers" to include questions and answers asked during the site visit Post Amendment 0002 - Attach "FA441726Q0082- Site Visit Instructions Amended" and extended due date to 1 June 2026. Post Amendment 0001 - Attach "FA441726Q0082 Q and A" to include relevant pictures of the requirement Hurlburt Field has a requirement for loading dock repair service. Detailed specifications and contractual terms are provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Form 1449. When submitting quotations, offerors are required to request a delivery receipt to ensure successful transmission and acknowledgment of the package. Offerors are required to submit their complete quotation package to both Points of Contact listed.
