Summary

AI-generated · Sep 28, 2025

A configurable commercial software solution (Palantir platform) and related services are required to support Palantir Platform deployments across IRS and IRS-CI, customized to meet IRS use cases under Palantir's GSA MAS Schedule. The solution must enable comprehensive data management, integration, and analysis to capture, curate, store, search, share, transfer, and perform data deconfliction across structured and unstructured data in a single, data-agnostic platform, supporting continuous monitoring, analytics, and AI. It should deliver rapid search results, strict access controls, audit trails, and secure file sharing, while maintaining the integrity of IRS business models, workflows, requirements, and data management/integrations and remaining compatible with current equipment and user interfaces.

Upon data integration completion, the system should provide user workflows and flexible data modeling for post-deployment customization. It must be configurable for complex case management workflows with a granular permissions framework that enables actions and form completion and can function as a document repository. Case management capabilities may include escalating leads to create cases, scheme-specific workflows, asset/seizure tracking, equipment tracking, and personnel management, along with robust, configurable reporting templates for recurring outbound reports.
