Limited Source Justification for Mechanical Maintenance Services under GSA Schedule – FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) SP4705-26_Mechanical_Maint_Svcs

This Special Notice is published in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2) to provide public notification of the Government s intent to extend Mechanical Maintenance Services under the existing GSA Federal Supply Schedule task Order pursuant to FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The Government intends to issue a limited source modification to the incumbent contractor under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) (Only One Source Capable) to ensure continuity of critical Mechanical Maintenance Services while the Government completes evaluation and award of a competitive follow-on procurement. A copy of the Limited Source Justification is attached to this notice. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
