The objective of this research is to analyze the LiDAR data and develop a series of parameters necessary for the validation of the revised plume rise algorithm as implemented in AERMOD version 24142, accordance with the attached Statement of Work and terms and conditions. All Contractors must be registered in SAM in order to receive an award from a DOT Agency. REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This notice is expected to result in a single award, subject to receipt of an acceptable quote.
