The LVN/LPN shall provide significant contributions to Flight and Operational Medicine Clinic by researching recommendations for improvement and implementation of sound policies and procedures throughout the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), thereby enhancing the quality of care for all healthcare beneficiaries at the 51st Medical Group, Osan Air Base, Korea. Required qualifications include, but are not limited to: Education: Must have completed formal training program to allow full, unrestricted practice as a LVN/ LPN from a US jurisdiction. Must provide and maintain throughout the course of the contract a current certification in either the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or the American Red Cross Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/BLS, and Community Health Management, Tables 1.1 through 1.6. The MTF can provide BLS. Licensure: Must provide and maintain throughout the course of the contract a current, active, valid, unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) to practice as a LVN/ LPN from a US jurisdiction. If the Government, at its sole discretion, determines that the language skills of the contract HCW does not meet the language proficiency skills required of the position, the Government reserves the right to require the Contractor to provide a replacement contract HCW that does possess the required language proficiency skills required of the position, at no additional cost to the Government. The English test (TOEIC) requirement will be waived for individuals who are native English speakers. This requirement is for a one-year period of performance 1 September 2025 31 August 2026, plus four one-year options, and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
