Lethality Software Support Services N00178-25-R-3031

This is an Advance Notice/Sources Sought in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) which has a follow-on requirement to provide Lethality Software Support Services. *Capability Statements Due 8/6/25 NLT NOON EST.*

This Special Notice is related to Notice ID N00178-25-R-3031 that was issued on 22 July 2025. This acquisition will provide support to the Missile Systems Integration and Weapons Effectiveness Division to develop, maintain, improve, and test the Government approved lethality codes. Software engineering support shall be provided in the work areas of: software and algorithm development, documentation analysis, verification and validation, test support, and test development. The Government intends to award this contract to Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), in accordance with FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statue, provided that MTSI can establish that it is capable of meeting the requirements of all sections of the solicitation and comply with the terms and conditions at a fair and reasonable cost to the Government.
