Leg 4 and H2 Heater (TB3C1) Request for Prototype Proposal FA9101259L4H2

The purpose of this request for prototpe proposal is to utilize 10 U.S.C. 4022 to award up to two (2) Other Transaction Prototype (OTP) Projects for the Leg 4 and new H2 Heater. After OTP award, and if determined to be in the best interest of the Government, one (1) follow-on production agreement will be awarded to the vendor whose OTP is determined to be successful. A successful OTP will validate the vendor s capability to design and install a new process air heater and connections at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. NOTE: Performance Parameters and associated appendices are marked Distro Statement D; distribution is authorized to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. To obtain this attachment, your company must have a current (less than three years old) NIST SP 800-171 assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
