Presolicitiaton Notice The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a commercial services solicitation, W9127N26QA037, for the removal of the Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) Interrogation System on Lebanon Dam, Oregon. The PIT Interrogation System is generally comprised of, but not limited, to PIT antennas for detecting PIT tagged fish, PIT tag readers, transmitting power and data communication cables, and master controllers.
