The space must be office-type and support a 10-year lease term (5 years firm) with 5-year amortization for both tenant improvements and building-specific amortized capital. Proposals are submitted via the Leasing Portal, and awards will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer with no negotiations, provided all federal, state, and local requirements (fire/life safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, energy efficiency) are met and Section 889 NDAA telecom restrictions are observed. SAM registration is required, and the government may award multiple leases. Check attachments for any project-specific requirements.
