U.S. GOVERNMENT LEASING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH THE LEASING PORTAL The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for new and/or continuing leasing opportunities through its online Leasing Portal. DELINEATED AREA: Offers must be for properties as specified under the following RLP Numbers: 25REG00 through 25REG11 You can view a list of states and territories within each region here: https://leasing.gsa.gov/leasing/s/Offer-Resources LEASE TERM: Up to 17 years. HOW TO OFFER: Interested parties must use the Leasing Portal at https://leasing.gsa.gov. This web-based platform allows registered participants to submit and update offers in response to Requests for Lease Proposals (RLPs) during designated timeframes known as Open Periods. To begin, visit the site and click Register to Offer Space to create an account. Instructional guides and video tutorials are available under the Resources section of the homepage. Once registered, you may enter or modify offers during an Open Period. Draft offers cannot be submitted after the Open Period closes and will not be considered. All current RLPs associated with this notice including 10-year/5-year firm term RLPs and those organized by region are accessible on the site.
