Javits Center dba New York Convention Center Operating Corporation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated period of performance will be for 17 days. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
