Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in providing one (1) each 1000kW Diesel Generator in support of maintenance being conducted on a project availability at Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) in Coronado, CA, PSNS (Puget Sound Naval Shipyard).The DG shall be capable of reliably supplying electrical power with electrical ratings of 460VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz and minimum kilowatt (kW) power ratings of 1000kW. All generators shall have a brake horsepower rating less than 2,000. The neutral bus shall be isolated from the DG s ground and comprised of components listed/labeled by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).. Complete DG requirements can be found in Section 5 of the attached notational Performance Work Statement (PWS). Instructions to Submit Interest: Interested companies should submit, on company letterhead, a notice of interest including the name, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of one point of contact. The notice of interest should include a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the notional PWS attached to this notice and include answers to the following specific questions. Please limit your response to no more than 5 pages. 1. Is your company a small or large business as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under NAICS code 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing?
