Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N3220526Q0008 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Fuel Barge Services with tug, if necessary, to deliver fuel from DFSP Point Loma, CA to USNS Lucy Stone at Pier 1, Naval Base San Diego, CA (NBSD).
