The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source contract to Mitratech Holdings Inc. for a period of one base year and four (4) option years. This will be a firm fixed price contract to provide 495 perpetual licenses for LawManager Web and five perpetual licenses for LawManager Pro. The contract shall also include the licensing for LawManager Server, LawManager Training Server, and LawManager Testing Server. This work requires extensive knowledge of the LawManager client-server software application to include the case/matter management, entity management, and calendar management modules. This is a Notice of Intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13.106 -1 (b) Soliciting from a single source. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, within 15 days from the date of publication of this announcement. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. If no responses are received, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will proceed with awarding a firm-fixed price contract to Mitratech Holdings Inc. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for Individual Terrorism Awareness Course (INTAC) Fleet Brake Pads in support of the Headquarters, Department of the Army Antiterrorism Branch. A draft Purchase Description describing the supplies required has been attached. The proposed contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with delivery date of NLT 45 days after award. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336340 - Motor Vehicle Brake System Manufacturing. In response to this notice, please provide the following information: Name of the firm point of contact, phone number, email address, CAGE code, SAM UEI number, small business status as listed in the System for Award Management and the corresponding NAICS code. Company's capability to provide the required supplies to include, but not limited to: Comments on the attached draft PD. Demonstrate your company has the resources, personnel, and equipment necessary to provide the required supplies described in the draft PD. Provide three examples of similar projects in terms of scope, size and complexity provided to any Federal Government customer and brief description for each example. Identify challenges and risks associated with meeting the requirements listed in the draft PD and how your organization would minimize those risks.
