The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a requirement for laundry services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods with an additional 6-month option period, through a total small business set-aside. A sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov IAW RFO 5.204, from 12 FEB 2026 - 13 FEB 2026 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received responses indicating there are vendors capable of performing the requirement. This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for proposals.
