REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY This Sources Sought (Request for Information (RFI)), only, is to determine whether there are interested, capable, and qualified organizations in the marketplace with the knowledge, skills, qualifications, capacity, and capability to meet the Government's obligations herein. The Language Services Unit (LSU) Interpreter Services Modernization project is a modernization effort to streamline EOIR s interpreter request, assignment, and billing process. This effort should modernize business processes and technology to lower interpretation cost, improve interpretation services provided to the courts, and simplify time consuming manual processes. The specific supplies and/or services that the Government seeks are specified in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), "Language Services Unit (LSU) Modernization Functional Requirements Document.
