The solicitation will be issued as a set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisition is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining. The size standard for 212321 is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures.
