From Presolicitation posted on Mar 02, 2026Dear Prospective Offeror: Subject: Solicitation Number 19SA7026R0001 Landscape Care and Maintenance Service Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Landscape Care and Maintenance Service at the U.S. Embassy Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the most qualified responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to host a pre-proposal conference on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 hrs. (all times listed are in Saudi Arabia time) at U.S. Embassy Riyadh. Prospective offerors who intend to participate in this pre-proposal conference must send an email to RiyadhContracting@state.gov on or before close-of-business (17:00 hrs.), Thursday, June 18, 2026, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
