The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement for routine maintenance services including but not limited to janitorial services; grounds inspection, litter pickup, & disposal services; mowing and trimming services; spraying of rip-rap areas; treatment of fire ant mounds; pest control services; water supply and delivery services; trash disposal services; elevator certification, inspection, and maintenance services; and HVAC services at LCPP, Connerly Bayou Dam, & Ditch Bayou Dam as set forth in the bidding schedule and in accordance with the SOW. All Offerors shall submit a quote with content as specified herein. Quotes submitted without the specified content may be determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
