Sources Sought 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist in an effort to promote competition. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 which has a corresponding Size standard of $34.0 Million Dollars and Product Service Code (PSC) of J016. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. 2. The Performance of Work Statement (PWS) establishes the Contractor requirements to support the 309th Commodities Maintenance Group s calibration, maintenance and repair services on the LADS III system. The Contractor shall accomplish annual system evaluations, calibration and preventative maintenance inspections. Remote support and unplanned maintenance service will also be required on an as needed basis.
