This combined synopsis/ solicitation for a commercial product is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This service is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside only and the associated NAICS Code for this requirement is: 33790 - Mattress Manufacturing The vendor shall respond to this RFQ using the attached Solicitation document and send it via email to Christina Shoffner, email: christina.shoffner@us.af.mil and N.
