The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Services Unit, located in Shiprock, NM 87455, has an upcoming requirement for monthly laboratory services for testing and analyzing of the facilities process quality water for the General Services Department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center. This includes providing all necessary equipment to collect and store the water samples, testing the samples, and providing the results of the tests. The Period of Performance will be a Base period of 12 months followed by 4 additional Option periods of 12 months each for a potential total of 5 years of service.
