The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Powder-Free Latex and Nitrile Gloves. This notice is not a request for proposals. The solicitation will be issued under FAR Overhaul FAR 8.103 mandatory sources of supplies. Any inquires by a contractor that is not an AbilityOne Participating Nonprofit Agency will not be considered. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. In accordance with FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this acquisition at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Vendors that respond to this notice and provide a valid point of contact MAY BE issued the solicitation directly via email. It is the vendor s responsibility to notify the point of contact below of their interest in this requirement. The solicitation (RFQ) will be issued on or about March 11th, 2026.
