On or about 01 September 2025, the Medical Readiness Contracting Officer- West intends to issue a sole source contract to ALS Group USA Corp. for a non-personal contract for chemical analysis of air, wipe and bulk samples for analysis of personnel exposure assessments at Laboratory Analysis Dugway Proving Ground Utah & U.S. Army Health Clinic Tooele Army Depo. The period of performance is 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2030. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of suicient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide a non-personal contract for chemical analysis of air, wipe and bulk samples for analysis of personnel exposure assessments.
